you can think more creatively,
explore more complex ideas,
become better at problem solving,learning, and improving your memory to work properly.
If we want to develop new habits of thinking,feeling, and behaving, it is possible by rewiring your brain.
Our habitual bad thoughts,low feelings, and destructive behaviour have come to feel like us. It might feel strange to change who we are.
